“Our carbon monoxide monitoring systems alarmed us that we had concerns about high levels of CO in our home. We called the experts at Nerthling's heating and cooling to assist us. Within hours after our call a technician was at our home to inspect our concern. Their technician was very courteous and explained each process that, he was inspecting on our furnace. The manager, Dave also contacted us and explained that our furnace's heat exchanger failed part was covered by the warranty that still existed on the furnace. That was fantastic news for us!! The heat exchanger was replaced, and our furnace has been running great ever since!! We can't thank the professionals enough from Nerthling's!!”
